Promotion Terms and Conditions

At any time, Scottsdale Tours may run promotions, discounts, competitions, prize draws or any combination of these. The promotional activity will be described in full detail in the communications intended for the advertising purpose such as e-mails, magazines, brochures and on the website.

Promotional Period:

• Each promotion will be terminated at the advertised date relevant to that promotion. No further participation will be possible.

• Scottsdale Tours reserves the right to terminate promotions where specified at any time without notice applicable to the terms of the advertised promotion.

• Where no promotion period is specified, the relevant promotion will be terminated at the point it has been removed from the online platform.

Unless otherwise indicated in the promotion communication, it is intended for the addressed recipient or category of recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient or within the intended category of recipient then the offer is null and void.

Unless otherwise indicated in the applicable specific promotional terms, each promotion or discount offer may be used once per person for one tour only.

Scottsdale Tours at their sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify consumers who may attempt to alter the entry process or the operation of the entry process for any promotion, or whose conduct is in breach of the rules specified.
